Our Program

The goal of the CrabbieMasters Program is to turn both adults and children into CrabbieMasters so that your days will be filled with more fun, happiness, success, and parental peace of mind. 

Like any endeavor that yields worthwhile results, this program will require your commitment of time and energy. The more you put into it, the more you will get out of it. Below, you will find a step-by-step overview for turning yourself and your child into CrabbieMasters. Please contact us for support with any questions.

Step 1) The Parent Becomes a CrabbieMaster

  • Familiarize yourself with the spirit of the CrabbieMasters Program
  • Learn about the nature and tactics of each Crabbie 
  • Recognize when a particular Crabbie is causing problems
  • Know how to beat each Crabbie
     

Step 2) The Parent Teaches their Child about The Crabbies

  • Use materials from the For Kids section of the website
  • Introduce your child to The Crabbies
  • Teach your child the basic CrabbieMasters concepts
  • Get your child excited about being on a team with you to Beat The Crabbies!


Step 3) The Child Becomes a CrabbieMaster of Each Crabbie

  • Teach your child the tricks each Crabbie uses to try to ruin your day
  • Teach your child how to beat each Crabbie
  • Use our Program to determine an order and pace for helping your child master each Crabbie
  • Notice and celebrate successful experiences in managing the usual ups and downs in the day
  • Recognize ways that you and your child are working better together
  • Use charts to track progress, use rewards systems
  • Be open to mistakes. You won't ever completely prevent The Crabbies from showing up!


Step 4) The Child Becomes a CrabbieMaster of All Eight Crabbies and Earns the Title of a WiseOne

  • Your child is a CrabbieMaster of every Crabbie
  • Grant your child the title of A WiseOne – Make a really big deal out of this accomplishment!
  • Work on advanced skills to help your child develop a true CrabbieMaster attitude and to become a good example to others
  • We call these advanced skills the ULTIMATE skills:

U:  Understanding
L:   Listening
T:   Teamwork
I:   Initiative
M:  Manners
A:   Attitude
T:   Try, Try, Try
E:   Example


Step 5) The Child Masters all of the ULTIMATE Skills and Earns the Title of an ULTIMATE WiseOne
